possess
a valid Commercial Driver's License with an "X" endorsement
possess a
valid TWIC Card
be
at least 23 1/2 years old
have
2 1/2 years’ experience driving an 18-wheeler
have no
more than 2 moving violations on MVR within the last 3 years
